Eastman Academy of Music
The Eastman Academy of Music has been owned and operated by Caryn Eastman in the local Boondall/ Geebung areas since 1979.
We are situated in Robinson Road at Geebung in our own premises, which were specifically designed for the teaching of quality music lessons. Our rooms are air-conditioned and carpeted and have quality equipment provided to offer our students the best environment for the most successful learning. Waiting rooms are on both floors of our premises for the convenience of parents waiting for their children to have their music lesson. Toilet facility is also located on the premise.
A private teaching studio is also situated in Mount Ommaney, which runs on Thursday and Fridays only in 2008 but will be expanding to Tuesday as well in 2009. Caryn personally does all the teaching at this studio.
Instrumental lessons are provided in groups and individual lessons for piano, keyboard, guitar and violin. Students are welcome to learn for pleasure or for exams. Tuition is offered for all ages including adults. Music books and instruments can be purchased through us for the convenience of our students.
Caryn is an examiner for ANZCA, which is an Australian music examination board.
