Ingredients
1 cup traditional roll oats
½ cup wholemeal self-raising flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon butter
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup boiling water

Method
1. Pre heat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
3. Add enough boiling water to make a firm dough.
4. Knead mixture, rollout onto a lightly floured surface to ½ cm thickness.
5. Cut into desired shapes.
6. Place cookies on onto the tray and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden around the edges.
7. Remove from tray and cool. Store in an airtight container.
