Ingredients 1 tbsp vegetable oil 2 chopped carrots 2 sliced leeks, white part only 1 chicken breasts, cut into chunks 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped 2 peeled, chopped parsnips boiling water Cooking Instructions Heat oil in pan, add carrots & leeks, & sauté until softened, (about 6 mins.)
